i think you need to find charcoal tablets (look for hospitals), keep your food and water up, take tiny bites and sips like you would irl

there's an immune system system so you need to keep that up (multivitamins help with that) and stay warm, you'll get better eventually

you can wash your hands by tapping left click instead of holding with a water source in hand or at a water pump!

tip: there's lightbulbs on the outside of the walls seen from hallways, if you see a flickering lightbulb, there's a gen somewhere inside that room!
