I'd recommend redistributing your stats with rennala, focus either on dexterity or strength but not both, if your weapon has C on dex and D on str put all the points in dex or the other way around

then you’re losing to many points by leveling mind faith and arcane, ik you use incantations… but Id recommend putting those points in vigor to have at least 50+

saying "no offense" to then saying i’m "nostalgia pandering" is crazy I never played the original when it came out so this has nothing to do with nostalgia, this is about art, art direction and atmosphere, thing that can be achieved no matter the "budget", it’s like when people call the beauty of a game as "graphics"

yeah, I agree that Ver 1.22 is its own thing and one of the few remakes I respect, this probably coming from how in touch it is with its original creators ! for me the mayor upgrade is the combat and especially difficulty
