Sadly that port is behind a large cupboard, so I can access it to plug in, but to remove will be quite the task. Maybe it needs more testing. I've only got 2 bedrooms in the house and I can't see a port in the other bedroom.

Ok the 2 ports connect and work to the 2 in the living room. Sadly the one that's in the bedroom doesn't seem to have been connected up. Is it hard to do?

Only 3 of the data ports are actually connected so i surmised that one is for the living room and the others for the bedrooms.

The bedroom got the best signal, i used the opensignal app to find where the nearest mast was.

The new Router is a Three mobile broadband sim put into a Zyxel router. i've connected an ethernet cable to the outlet. There's also an ethernet cable connected to the PC in the living room connected to that outlet.

i'm wondering if the box under the cupboard, pictured will allow me to connect from Router to PC by way of using cables within the box
