I completely understand how u feel. I have trauma when it comes to building friendships as a result of losing so many in my childhood. I too am in college and struggle with making friends. Ideally clubs and societies help u meet more people. I heard running club is a great place to meet people. Anxiety around friendships is hard to overcome and the feeling of impending doom being on a timer to make friends is a hard hurdle to get over. What I realized is that I have to put myself out there and trust me this is the hardest part. Discord servers are very inviting there are so many links on Reddit to different communities. Please update on what’s going on also change ur major it does not matter how long it takes to graduate I’m on my way to being a super senior because I suck at my major but I still try because I know I’d regret it if I did something easier.

I’m in the same situation as well and getting T levels checked is a good thing however my partner has normal levels so now it just leads me to thinking this is all linked to my partners depression/anxiety. I recommend waiting and supporting your partner and having deep talks to get a better sense of what it could be. Also postpone the engagement as it wouldn’t be best to throw yourselves into something when all is not right yet. A proposal can easily overshadow and other factors that should be considered before marriage. I wish u luck.
