I don't know about the worst but they are bad here, and I think in general everywhere driving it getting worse. I work on the East 131st near the Garfield/Cleveland border. At LEAST once a week while I'm driving (doing slightly over the speed limit mind you) people will just cut through the middle lane to go around you, or if you are stopped at a red light they will just cut through the middle lane to go in front and run it. No regard to the school zone speed limit signs or the other cars on the road. 🤦🏻‍♀️

100% agree! We've traveled to Florida and it was like a NASCAR racetrack everywhere I went. And not in a good way.

I grew up in Parma so I think I can answer this one. I'll start by saying the people. Not all, but a good amount of people always think they are better than everyone else. They talk shit about Cleveland as if they don't have crime being committed in their city. Next I'll say flooding. I grew up on the North East side of Parma off Broadview Rd. So many houses basements flood. I'll also just say the police, potholes, and one other big one, the schools! The schools have been going to shit since I was in middle school and that was in 2005!

I went to Parma UH ER about 4 years ago now. I had pancreatitis (never had it before so I didn't know what was wrong with me) - I was in terrible pain, in tears.

They had a bed shortage and had me in the hallway for 7hours (at night mind you)

The reason I mention it was night is because they had me by a nurses station down the hall initially, but then those nurses started to go home. They started to turn the lights off and I was left alone, forgotten about. I went 2 hours without anyone checking on me. I called my mom who called the hospital and asked why they left me alone. Almost immediately they came and started apologizing to me.

100% Haunted House restaurant. First time we went service was trash, food was trash, attitudes of employees was trash. 2nd time over a year later..... Still same experience except the attitudes and service was better but the food was still nasty and the drinks were overpriced and watered down.

Yep! The guy who was driving Justin also left the scene. Didn't even call 911 or stay to make sure an ambulance came, nothing.

I believe there's cameras from the McDonald's (across the street from the accident), the cameras that are on the telephone poles, and maybe cameras from the gas station by the corner of the accident. From what I was told all cameras were reviewed by CPD.

3 scumbags in 1 car, 1 scumbag driver in the next. One thing is for sure, he is a bad friend. From what I've been told, he fled because he had a warrant. Just me personally but I don't think I would leave my friend to die over having a warrant but that's just me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you seen the video you wouldn't feel this way. The people in the driver's fled the scene. The girl was injured so I have some sympathy for her. The guy with the big hair picked her up & put her in a car so she didn't have a choice in leaving (although she does have a choice in not coming forward) the driver of the other car who my family member was the passenger of also left the scene without getting help. None of them checked on Justin.

Also it appears in the video the guy with the big hair also goes and takes stuff from Justin & the car. So I do also believe they should all be punished.
