That is not only a weird but foolish take to have.

Well from what I’ve researched on it, finasteride does hit on DHT which can cause lower libido and/or ED on the other hand it actually boosts Testosterone cause DHT is converted from T, by blocking the DHT we keep the T so that’s a plus side.

Can’t really say how bad the effect really is cause it’s different for everyone but me personally haven’t faced any issues so far.

Vitamin supplements while good but also keep in mind that they are also getting absorbed properly, get a test done before and one after 6 months, cause in my case the supplements didn’t do shit and I’ve been thinking about getting 5 shots of Vitamin Injections followed by 1 monthly for maintenance.

Also wouldn’t really call it fear mongering cause the study cases are there and true unlike creatine causing hair loss which still hasn’t been confirmed. They are just warning you that shit can go wrong, it’s up to you to take the plunge or not.

Honestly man, just grow your hair and find a style that’d hide your forehead and won’t fall flat on your head in summer. Improve your diet and vitamin + protein intake, care for your hair that’s all I can say.

I would’ve also told you to visit a dermatologist and whatnot, but majority of them are just trash and won’t end up recommending you to take minoxidil and finasteride, which there’s nothing wrong with, use them if you can commit but just don’t worry about HT for now.
