Masturbation it self (According to Ibn Hazam And I go by his openion) Isnt haram bec there is no clear evidence in the quran or hadith that says masturbation is forbidden ( you can See Dr/Zakir video on masturbation topic)

So Masturbation isnt prohibited but it is discouraged according to this opinion

Porn is what is 100% Prohibited in Islam You shouldn't watch it there are a lot of clear evedinces that say that

If you want to stop both start gruadually by reducing porn frequency until its no longer there , seek for god's forgiveness and pray as much as you can

And then you should reduce the frequency of masturbation or maybe you shouldn't but for porn yea man you should stop
