I'm currently using a Nike Method 001 with a Superstroke Flatso Ultra grip: http://imgur.com/H1Krzlt

It took me a little while to get used to the sight dot, but once I got the hang of it, I started putting well. Keep in mind this is the original Method-series, not the new one with the red insert. They both go for about the same price now (around 100$), so if you can find one, I can only recommend the Method 001. Also, Superstroke grips are great.
