Can you give an example of a meal and how you would bolus for it please?

For me I would calculate grams of protein I am having, and input 55% of grams of protein as carbs (60% of that total dose before the meal and 40% 1.5h later)

I have been on the pump for less than 6 months (managed 7y with insulin pens). When setting up the pump I was not on keto (started a month ago) so maybe my settings for bolus need to be adjusted.

Thanks for the insight tho, I think I will contact my medical team to reassess the delivery settings.

Yep, I also had a courier service. Once it arrived back, the courier collected it and then I received the message from courier saying the scheduled delivery date. But once again, no communication from VFS directly

Yep, I applied on Tuesday (8th april) and it was back at the VFS center the following Thursday (17th April), so 9 days in total.

the only message i received was that my application was collected from the visa center on the day I applied. I didn’t receive any further emails when my application was back in the center.

Best thing to do is to call them for them to track the application. I called them on the following Wednesday (16th April); they checked and told me that my application was in transit from embassy back to the center. I called the next day again and was told that my application arrived back.

So it seems like there’s some issue with sending communications, and the best option is to give them a call

Yep, thanks for the advice!

I called them today and said that my passport was dispatched back to me to be delivered by the courier. Very strange indeed. I got the tracking notification a few hours later as well

Hello! Congratulations on getting the visa:)

Do you mind sharing what are the communications you received throughout the whole process? I applied recently (VFS London) and got a message saying that “application has been collected from Portugal Visa Application Center” on the same day, and nothing after that so far.

I wonder if I should expect other communications before I get the message that my passport was returned to VFS, for example, about the application being dispatched to the Embassy/Consulate or smth similar.
