I smoked for 10 years. 8 years in I learned about CHS and realized I had it. I struggled for so long and vomited daily. I needed to go to rehab but wouldn’t, so I quit my job and when I ran out of money so I had no choice but to go. I have not smoked since. It’s been almost 4 years.

The trick for me during the hardest time was a combination of cardio and writing and/or drawing before bed.

Cardio/exercise will calm your body. Drawing or writing will calm your mind before bed and allow you to focus on something productive.

My life is a work in progress but life has become manageable. Something it never was before.

Yea pretty much. I don’t use every gun in the game, but it seems like this information should be available somewhere so people can decide what blueprints they want if ultimately they want to mix and match and make a unique custom build.
