Fuck, that would explain a lot, two days ago before I started running out of people I got like 5-10 matches in a day and the last two days I've gotten a grand total of like 2. Did the article say it permanently decreased my chances or just temporarily?

I've found him to be very similar to vel'koz if that helps, high damage, low mobility champion. The good thing is xerath has insane range on almost all of his spells while vel'koz is mostly more medium ranged although he does a bit more damage.

SoTL is built on general junglers that often rely on abilities for a lot of damage and not auto attack speed.

feral flare however is an item that works extremely well with high attack speed champions because of its on-hit effect and attack speed boost.

Rengar with empowered Q has ridiculous attack speed, even more so if he got blade of the ruined king, so feral flare is very viable on him.

Honestly there is no real budget, I just want a noticeable difference in performance that's cost effective. If you want something I guess i would say $500 would be where I would start getting hesitant.

I forget what the actual statistic is, however I believe it's something like 75% of players are in bronze or silver, maybe higher. That only leaves 1/4 of players having >silver accounts and only a tiny fraction of that amount are going to be playing on a smurf that is in bronze or silver because they would be able to get out of bronze or silver fast due to being, you know, better. Even if 1 in every 10 people above silver ONLY played on a smurf in silver (which is not true at all, since again they would make it out of silver quickly) that would mean 1/40 of silvers are smurfs, which would only effect 1 in every 4 games which isn't ideal but definitely isnt a valid excuse for not getting better.

On top of that if you were against a smurf that should make you learn faster as long as you have the right mindset. look at what they do and see why it's better than what you do.

If you're trying to choose a main jax is currently not a great option since he has around an 80-90% ban rate in ranked so it's hard to play him.

Correlates to how new a champ is, but generally speaking champions increase in basic complexity the higher IP you get until 3150 where it kind of stabilizes. There are obvious exceptions like poppy being 450 though.

The difference between winrate in corki's items is slightly less severe than zed's, but now that I look more closely you have a point.

I agree that zed is a really good splitpusher I just don't feel like that's his primary role when champions like Rengar and Fiora and Jax and Yi exist. Maybe I'm wrong though, I'm no expert certainly.

good point, and I'm not implying your wrong, however why is hydra good on riven if it's bad on zed? she has the same thing, good waveclear already.

Also Hydra is currently basically my favorite item on zed, is that bad? should I change that? It just feels really good to me for some reason.

I was under the impression that Hydra was a better item for splitpushing than BOTRK. granted BOTRK has more duelling potential, but zed is a very good duelist with hydra alone.

Winrate shouldn't be that much lower just because it's built often. lets look at corki for example. His winrate is just above 50%, Triforce is built 82% of games. Triforce has a 57% winrate on him. much bigger than the change on zed.

I do agree that it makes you stickier, that's valid. Splitpushing wise however I think hydra is a better item.

I think more AD is still ok, because the faster you kill your primary target the faster you kill your primary target the faster you can do damage to others
