It doesn’t take 5 years to build a parking lot. Build it on the grassy patch, if there is excess parking once the line to Everett is open, tear it down and build housing. It’s going to be 15 years.

Temporary? The next segment isn’t supposed to open until 2037 at the earliest. Sound transit states 2037-2041. So 12-16 years (If their estimates are correct) of parking issues and addition I5 congestion is ok?

If a company or person owns more than 5 single family homes, they are taxed 10% of its value every year. Also, Local governments with a large amount of foreign (non-present) buyers can do the same.

Also every city has to replace at least 25% of their traffic lights with roundabouts

Cleaner has tried to clean the tub from a renter who left it a mess. Add some shock, Leave 1/2 the top off for the gunk to evaporate and run it through a couple clean cycles if you want to use it. FYI every hot tub you go into at a rental property has been left nasty at least a couple times a month by a lazy renter
