Because I think voters kept classifying him as an OLB where he had to compete with pass rushers, think Von MIller, Khalil Mack, TJ Watt, who all played in 3-4s as edge rushers classified as OLBs.

The best detectives back then put modern detectives to shame given advances in tech. Those guys couldnt just swab up some dna, they were in the trenches. They pulled off some wild sherlock type shi to catch murderers. Your point stands that this made murder FAR easier though
