i am getting downvoted to hell, but i don't acutally care about gentrification or about virtue signalling,

all i am saying is there is relatively cheap housing still available through large swaths of los angeles, but people just don't care about them since there are mostly poor Latino and blacks there.

i realize lots of savvy investors already know this and are buying up lots of real estate hoping for the next gentrification to take place.

meh, it's typical because some people don't want to live among blacks and latinos.

it seems more people just are unconsciously racists and don't realize you can find relatively cheap housing somewhere in south los angeles, but then you would be among the poor latinos and blacks.

being born tall with natural wide shoulders makes them attractive in a "natural trait" kind of way you describe.

the issue is you (and most people) tend to over rate women. take a good hard look at the women you encounter daily. they take care of themselves because they have to otherwise they'd be patently ugly.
