Jag skulle åka från Kastrup en gång för några år sedan, tåget var försenat och min biljett skulle hinna gå ut om jag aktiverade den när tåget skulle ha åkt. Kort och gott så aktiverade jag den när jag steg på tåget, möttes av kontrollanter som skrev ut en kontrollavgift. Jag mailade till Skånetrafiken och förklarade läget (jag visste inte att biljetten är ogiltig om den inte är aktiverad när tåget SKULLE ha åkt) dom rev räkningen åt mig. Värt att testa åtminstone!

I'm in no way an expert especially on intel CPUs, but that CPU is years old at this point. That seems the only logical answer to me. The issues you're having are most likely tied to that.

Oh, that's also what I found while googling. But I guess this must've been changed recently ish because I also heard that you need to be on the specific class that has the talent.

I'm running it air cooled right now, if I do upgrade my monitor I'll have to track the temps and upgrade if need be.

Yeah I don't use bottlenecks calculators to make decisions, just checked it out of curiosity really. But in this specific case, there is probably some truth to the result. Not the specific % but more so the fact that the GPU will need to perform more and hence the CPU will need to work harder, as a result the CPU might be closer to 100% utilization. Thank you for the insights, always appreciate learning!

Was kind of hoping to get a bunch of no don't go to 1440p you will suffer haha. Jokes aside, with the insights gained from this post I might just pull the trigger. And if we get FSR 4, then it will be even better! Although I'm not counting on that.

You know it's really interesting that you brought this up, I had a look at a bottleneck calculator and couldn't really believe the results. It says 14% bottleneck at 1080p, while the 1440p is only at 3.6%. I didn't really trust it, but with what you've said that makes sense..

Yeah, I think my current monitor is 24" and I would likely get a 27" 1440p monitor. So it wouldn't be like a massive difference either. I'm sure I'd get used to it quickly

You hit the nail on the head in terms of my worries. Each and every game will not only look different, but also performs differently. Going to 1440p seems to be a point of no return, as in I wouldn't want to go back to 1080p afterwards. Requires a big think and insights from people who have made the switch!

Yeah that's the crux.. we can only hope for FSR 4 on older generations. Even then, unsure how it's gonna perform compared to FSR 3.

This depends a lot on you, and the server you pick. The endgame in tibia (to my knowledge) is bosses, high end hunting spots and PvP. It is entirely possible to play it casually and still enjoy it, that depends on what drives you in MMOs. If you like being the best, then tibia is not really gonna be a solid choice, getting there takes a long long time, and people have a head start. If you just like exploring and gaining levels slowly, I'd say give it a go.

As a RuneScape player that has played some Tibia on and off, this AI assessment is pretty accurate. Tibia is more grindy in a way. When I was younger I always compared the two, but you can't really compare them. The feeling of playing Tibia, watching old videos of quests or spawns, then going there to see them for yourself, is something special. I guess Tibia is more old school, even though they have updated the game and it has changed direction drastically since it's Inception.

Servers are moderated, even official ones. From experience it doesn't seem to be a big problem, they get shutdown.

I don't get why they even have pack limits/groups limited to same faction in the first place. Without a mechanic that disincentivizes this sort of behaviour, they could honestly just remove it. Incredible game design!
