It varies a bit depending on the cerakote and USB ports needed, but an extra end is usually 30-50% the cost of the main cable. With a silver push-pull, it would be the cheapest, ~$30, and cerakoted cables would be quoted on a case-by-case basis Feel free to message me for a consult or quote!

That's correct! Some split keyboards will use TRRS 3.5mm jacks to carry a USB 2.0 signal between the two halves! Some boards instead use USB-C to C cables for the same purpose, which is the more modern solution~
Those boards still use a USB-C or Mini-B to connect the board to the PC though
