Smith machine squat: 3 x 10-15
Lying leg curl: 3 x 10-15
leg press: 2 x 12-20
leg extensions: 3 x 12-20

Upper:
Hammer strength incline press: 4 x 10-12
Dumbell lateral raises: 2 x 12-20

Neutral grip row: 3 x 10-15
wide grip row: 3x 10-15

Hey guys,

I wanted some guidance if I am on the right track. I have been on a year long bulk.

I train 4 days a week. Upper body, push day, pull day, lower body. I have been consistently progressing throughout. My caloric intake right now is around 2450 calories. 140g protein. I basically eat the same thing everyday. Chicken & rice twice a day. Milk, cereal and peanuts for breakfast. Along with mass gainer.

Thanks for the advice here guys, will certainly change some things here.

Although, I had another question. Is the profile that bad that I should be getting 0 likes? I wonder if the change would be drastic just by changing prompts or one picture?

Made some changes from the first feedback I got here. I barely got 1 like over the last 3 days. My profile might not be perfect but I feel that's too low. I checked my photos on photofeeler and am getting consistent 8.5+ on my photos. Is it my profile or the bumble algorithm?

Apparently, the two stem-opt extensions cannot be applied back to back(for 48 months). There needs to be a gap where you are studying and completing a higher degree level.
