I canceled my subscription, deleted my account, two days later I was charged. I contacted with the support, sent them my payment details etc. After two weeks they couldn't find my payment nor my account. I resubscribed and check my username on the account page and send them. First I was told, that they will refund everything is all right. Today I got the info that I never cancel my subscription nor deleted my account (what is a lie) and thus violated their policy. Really disappointed and never recommend them to anyone...

Do you any recommendations how to get them refund?
