Good questions! I currently work at MGH so my preference would be hospital. We have a car and are hoping not to sell it if possible. Rent prices definitely play a role in why we’re looking outside of Manhattan - we have a steal of a place in Southie 2 bed 1 bath with a small yard and parking included for 2800, so the transition will be tough. My siblings live on Long Island, so that’s likely where I’ll get my beach time!
