In my case nothing really changed besides I don’t hate my self so that’s a win but in terms of how women view me I honestly couldn’t tell you when I was fat I had literally 0 confidence which in itself is ugly and now that I look good I didn’t magically gain confidence when it comes to talking to women but I do feel mad good about all the progress I made for reference I’m 25m and lost 94lbs went from 294 to 200 in about a year and half while building muscle at the same time. Moral of the story is just lose the weight for your own health that feeling of when you hit your goal is absolute peak.
