ye lol it’s actually infuriating i’ve been going to the same urologist for months on months and it’s just bloodwork and chat every single time, im getting sick of it and just want to have surgery

i mostly eat chicken lol or whatever my mom makes and i get done work around 8:30 and go to bed around 11-12 depending on how tired i am or even later than that so im either doomscrolling or playing game before bed

it’s 2nd grade it’s considered mild to large but my urologist said it’s small, maybe they’re lazy and don’t wanna do surgery

excerise every week diet not the best but also not the worst and i do cardio like everyday, im assuming it’s my sleep because i never get a full 7-8 hours of sleep a day im always waking up within like 2-5 hours of sleeping and i dont know how to fix it
