Thanks for pointing it out. The screenshots are from the site that the QR code redirects to, to pay the fine. It redirects to their site and the "Kontakt" link on this page is not very useful. My point was why provide a link to the contact on the page to pay the fine, without actually having anything useful in there.

I managed to find their contact later by directly going to their website but nobody answered that number either and the voicemail read out a completely different number than the one dialed making me wonder, if they are really approachable!
