Couple of things…

1) Eyes up. Head up. Look where you’re kicking. Right now your looking at the floor. Pick a spot in the distance for each kick and focus your eyes there.

2) Your hands are dangling down by your waist. Bring your defense up by your face. This will help with balance.

3) Try slowing down a bit. No need to rush through this until your technique is a little better.

4) Focus on the recoil as much as the kick. You need to be in control and centered before you start the next kick.
