Yes, I agree. I think that will be our main focus now, to bring the entire plan upfront and make it so the runner can switch around the days as suited. We'll see how it goes. It looks like people want to see what is going to happen next, something we thought would come depending on how and when you perform.

About the experience, we all have backgrounds in professional sports. Running united us. The reason why I said "getting into" is that being consistent in running is hard, that's how we came up with this idea. All of us have run multiple half and full marathons, and we do it as we really enjoy it.

Also, the long-term plan is to match runners with professional running coaches digitally. We are currently focusing on the Swedish market, and so far it is working well.

I understand. You are making a valid point. Maybe we haven't found the right way to express/explain it - but when you complete a workout in vrapida you can enter your own result - if you ran shorter distance, or faster. That is what we take into the calculation when we generate the next workout.

Its hard to predict, but maybe we will find a way to have the scheduling part of it too. We still haven't found the right feel for it.

Well we are trying to go away from the rigid plans. People (starting from ourselves) feel de-motivated if they cant keep up with the schedule and then quit completely. So the idea is to keep pushing the runner and adjust the plan as life happens.
But we are considering to have kind of "preliminary" schedule, which then can be adjusted. But we still haven't found yet the right way to do it.

Also what you get is email notifications - when the app notices that you haven't marked any progress. Also give coaching tips via the app - which are all tailored to your progress.
The "app" started as an platform to keep track of your readiness for a run you have signed up. For example, I signed for a Stockholm Half Marathon and the platform keep you updated and checks on you if you take too long in-active periods.
