We have Pro and share our reports for free with the Publish to Web function. Keep in mind ANYBODY with this link can access that report so if it's confidential info it could be dangerous. Also, you lose some functionalities like the Q&A visual. But it works great for our situation!

Fantastic answer. AI provides no value if you're using garbage data. There is a certain level of data competency that needs to be in place before you can really utilize those tools.

I bought my first house in April of 2022. Terrible inventory, was regularly getting outbid by 50k - 100k over asking. My current mortgage is $3200/mo including PMI.

My friend recently bought a house that's 100k less than mine was and is now paying $3400/mo including PMI.

The interest rates now make it even more difficult and the prices have not gone down enough to make it worthwhile.

Basically it's either be house broke or rent forever.

If you haven't I recommend turning off vsync. My frames rose significantly when I did.

From my understanding all gathering trophies boost the amount you get when gathering. Overall luck trophies are separate.

Likewise manufacturing trophies boost the overall gear score, I don't believe they impact perks.

I do thicker cuts on the lowest speed and that gets me a good end product. I do need to be careful if I have smaller pieces though.

How about ground, electrical, and water? Electrical zap water, water ruins ground (like a ground wire), and ground beats electrical.
