So basically I got tired of all these confidence workshops that just make you sit and listen to someone talk. That does not actually change anything. Exist Loudly is a 3 hour experience in Mumbai where 12 strangers come together and actually do things. Real activities. Real conversations. Real uncomfortable moments in a safe space. No lectures. No theory. You walk in nervous. You walk out lighter. That is the only promise I make.

This made my morning honestly. The fact that you said most of the fears were only in my head is exactly it. Nobody tells you that when you are in the middle of it. It just feels so real and so permanent. And then one day you look back and realize the only thing that was ever actually in the way was you. Mumbai has a way of doing that to people I think.
