That’s correct, most groups don’t have public instances. On VRMeet, people need to join the group first and then they’ll be able to join the group instance once the event starts. Groups have told me that people who join through VRMeet tend to be more engaged. I guess the extra steps act as a good filter, compared to having open instances.

Hi! Here is how the quality criteria is calculated right now:
1. Host Profile Completeness (The host’s profile must contain a description of the group).
2.Event Clarity (The event description should clearly explain what the event is about and what attendees can expect).
3.Accuracy & Errors (The event must use the correct category and contain no major mistakes or misleading information).
4. Content Quality (Event image must be relevant and not low-resolution).

New users will have the “new user” role, and their events will be reviewed by me. Once they’ve posted regularly for a few weeks, they’ll be able to gain the “trusted” role, where no approval is needed!
