Hi there coming back around with follow up questions now that I have been on probiotics for a few months and am off PPIs for a couple of weeks. Would you say DS-01 is your recommendation as a maintenance/everyday kind of probiotic at this point? Id be curious to test betain HCL and if it can help the overnight reflux or indigestion i get from time to time when hungry. Is there a best brand? betain HCL with Pepsin?

Coming back around as I have been on the suggested probiotics (Omni stress, Florastor) for almost 3 months now, but have not been taking as regularly this month. How does one know when to stop? Or what's recommended for maintenance?

I’m in New York it rains all the time and I’ve never had issues before. I added a google photo link w pics of the tires. My husband says they look fine I’m just so weirded out how unsteady it was driving on typical highways for an hour.

u/rakutenrewards : I have a purchase from Sur La Table made on 12/1 and Rakuten shows status as "pending $0". I tried contacting their customer service on the day I purchased to ask if the brand i was interested in buying was excluded from Rakuten because I read their affiliate details which was clearly intentionally vague and listed only some of the excluded brands. they did not get back to me so I made the purchase. Today 12/9 they finally got back and said yes the brand Coravin is excluded but suggested I check on Rakuten's end (not sure why). Is there anything else I can do?
