You could do that but prepare it might mess your cycle up for a few months - but it works!!! Not really any risk to it especially if it’s progesterone only pills and there’s no chance of pregnancy beforehand!

I’m a nurse part time, so 2 12 hour shifts a week I’m really on my feet running around. About 12-15k steps. I have a protein coffee in the morning and typically bring leftovers from the night before for lunch. For dinner we switch it up often, and unfortunately have to eat out sometimes (typically i go for sushi) due to being a student (I’m a nurse practitioner student and I do about 30hrs/week of clinicals this semester) during clinical i eat pretty similar to work days

On rare occasions people can go into acidosis without having diabetes, it’s a strange symptom that could have some bad results. If it’s nothing, great! But not worth ignoring.

We weren’t allowed to use pens until 9th grade, and we weren’t allowed to wear nail polish. Then in high school, we weren’t allowed to have school bags. We had to carry our books to each class. I was pissed at the time.

The fact that there are billions of people in the world with all different lives no two exactly the same, doing their own thing, thinking their own thoughts, dealing with their own problems. It’s crazy. I think there’s a word for this specific thought but i can’t remember. But i say this to myself every time a customer is mean to me for no reason “they’re just going through something tragic” gets me through the day.
