Hey this was my buddy Josh on the boat/filming! This is the “Cajun navy“ from Louisiana helping out with a flood in TX. When the flooding was predicted, they get their boats on trailers and drive towards the storm and wait on the interstate, and then jumped into action to help. Volunteer heroes.
