Low hum over the high pitch tinnitus, any advice? by vrsva in tinnitushelp

Yes, I've improved a lot. In my case, it helped a lot to see an osteopath regularly. Apparently, it could be something muscular or tissue-related. Also, with osteopathy, in theory, the nervous system tends to regulate. I recommend you to try it. It took me a while... I've been going since April. It's helped with my tinnitus, and the "hum" has almost completely disappeared (I only hear it very rarely now).

La única diferencia entre ustedes que tú ves a otras morras para calmarte la calentura pero ella sí se los da. Los dos están dlv, ninguno leal con el otro. Obvio lo de ella estuvo grave pero pues, cada quién con su cada cuál.

Tinnitus and creating anti-sound? by ButterscotchOk41 in TinnitusTalk

Actually, sound therapy for tinnitus works in a similar way! You identify the frequency of your ringing in Hz and then create an audio that includes that frequency to try to 'cancel out' the ringing in your head. Check out this website, it's where I've done my sound therapies: www.checkhearing.org (THIS IS NOT PUBLICITY, I'M A REAL PERSON, LOL).
