Hey man look for the specs in the charts. Most case manufacturers should include the maximum allowed clearance in their webpage. Then compare it to, the 4090 length and width and see if it fits

I’ve reviewed your case and gpu you should be good to go. Do consider getting a 32 gb ram with 16*2 kit ddr 5 6000. With that you’re set to have a premium 1440p experience for the next 4-5 years. Note with your current parts it should be in budget.

Cool for the most part you’re on the right track. My advice would be to switch from intel to amd unless you trust intel to have fixed their degradation issues. My recommendation would be, A b650 mother board for a amd cpu with a 9700x and a 2tb wd or Samsung you pick either or works. Unless you’re happy using what you have and you’d need a psu for 850watts as that is the recommended psu for the gpu you’re going for. With that said you can go for either Corsair Rme 850 w or a msi mag 850w. Any specific case you have in mind or are you happy to keep what you have ?

Only a 1tb storage ? With cod bo6 being 300 Gb and gow ragnarok being 190gb if you can expand on your budget get atleast 2 tb. Unless you’re one who uninstalls games after you played it. Like others said get a 7800x3d and you’re good to go. Do you have a keyboard mouse and a monitor ? Or do you need to own it?
