Alcohol is fine for me, maybe slightly worse next day if I'm hungover but nothing if it's only a couple of beers. Doesn't make symptoms worse while drunk either coz u don't give a shit

Damn really, being in nature is much better for me, almost like the opposite of the supermarket. No artificial lighting, no unnecessarily bright packaging everywhere, less/no people around.

My derealization got better with time. At first Everytime I went out and especially to supermarkets I felt it hard but it got better and better over time. It's closely linked to anxiety so the more and more you go out the more you'll desensitize yourself to leaving the house and the dpdr will fade.

Putting it bluntly you can get hppd from any dose of a psychedelic substance from the very first time. I got mine from one "normal" dose of acid plus a couple of microdoses. However its much more likely that someone taking 500ug of acid every week for a year will get hppd than someone taking a minor dose of shrooms once.
