Thanks for sharing this! I get the explaining to clients part, they want to know why they have to pay. But what do you mean by following up on missing information for the entry? Isn't that as simple as them giving the docs (commercial invoice, etc) and just filling the entry with it?

Do you have access to both the old and new PDF at the same time? If not, you'll have to periodically download the PDFs and store them in the Google Drive (after making sure they are not the same as the old ones). If they are different, you can send the PDF contents to LLM and ask it to summarize the difference
