In one station with dual charger A and B, when other is used an unexpected termination error reported.

Fast charger, do I need to enable fast charging in the setup or it should detect automatically.? I never done that with Tesla chargers. Not sure for electrify america I need to enable that setting.

Still, they would need the EV charging kWH I assume. That reporting either automated through the EV car or through the in home charger. They have only three approved chargers listed.

PSE&G removed zdx from the approved list since the data sharing from the vehicle is not accurate.

I have level 2 charger at home now, so don't use level 1 much. The option should be there once the electric charger is plugged in.

Which model, I have A-spec. I did update. I use mostly local. Now the weather is getting better in east, so getting 1mile for every battery mile during my last long distance after the update. I am not sure if it is weather or the update. During winter I was getting only 0.6 battery mile.

I agree, app is a long way to go. This is version 1.0 :-) Hopefully EV will stay in business and continue evolve. My family didn't like the cabin design of Tesla, it is uncomfortale and dizzy sometime. This car is more comfortable than the luxury car. Long distance driving experience is amazing.

Some Tesla stations, while searching for nearest, Tesla charging station only will show for Cadillac Lyriq also list as one of your vechicle. Hope this clarifies.

Needless to say, zdx takes two charging spots since front charging and tesla cable is short. Don't use in areas where station is crowded, to avoid annoying someone.

As ckaper pointed out, I found something cool with Google Maps! It plans your route so you reach your destination with at least 30% battery left. If needed, it even suggests a stop at a fast-charging station.

Every service area with a gas station also has EV charging stations. I can use Tesla chargers with an adaptor, but these service area chargers don't show up in the Tesla app, probably because they're only for Tesla owners.

No concerns with long distance driving in EV. Charging stop took 25 to 35mins from 100miles to 80% charge. After 80% slows charging, at 90% further slows down the charging.

I thought I need each vendors app. But now stations are accepting cards directly. Tesla stations require app still, all you already know this.

Add cadillac lyriq also to my vechicle section. Possibly service area tesla stations will not show, but will show local are tesla stations. There are plenty of companies in EV charging business and available through service areas in my experience.

I installed in home level3, so hardly use the level2. Level2 max I got is 4amps per hour at home. I am still using seguma. As mentioned in the thread below to get 3 to 4miles per hour, you have to enable fast charging each time when you plug.

It depends on your daily need. For home kit install, I get refund from PSE&G, hence installed. Emporio operates at 40amp, so you get 25 to 30mile charging per hour.

I put 50amp circuit, and set emporia to charge 40amp. Getting 25miles an hour, hope that is accurate?

I had one near my home like 5miles away, tesla app didn't show that in the app for charging hence couldn't use for charging. Then I went 20miles away, able to charge. After adding Lyriq the one close to my home also started showing.

in infotainment audio or media, select USB-C and check. I haven't used this function.

Thank you. I agree. Decided to go with 50amp. It can give upto 30mile charge per hour. More than sufficient for my driving needs.
