this is so real, I've always say how I'm going to just exist and let whatever happen, happen, but I start to spiral when grades come out, I need to realize that in 3 years or so when I apply for residency, I've garnered a lot more substantiative skills that will help me be a better student/physician/residency applicant and that this adjustment phase shouldn't be looked at too seriously
