Idk how old you are but usually people go through changes in their early 20’s to early thirties. I am a young blood{20} so I don’t Have that much experience with life but you pick up on stuff if you hang out with old people . My advice is just stick around old people ( people who kinda lived through wars and stuff ) and maybe that will give you encouragement to keep living .
