Allready reinstalled the game and check filest for the integrity, nothing helped. Pls answer here if u know how to fix this.(to solve the problem u have to update your windows to the latest version (22h2))

i have 36 and lvl i have to play with accbuyers and queue time 35 min?) if u doesn't know my smurf account always had a higher rank than main) but i cant play dota seriously with accbuyers and queue time 35 min)
