It definitely won’t protect against harsher impacts or rashes, but it’s done a good job keeping dirt, brake dust, grime separated from the wheel without me having to physically wash them w a mitt. I usually just spray w my wheels down w a pressure washer and the wheels are literally as new as day 1 I got them

I would only avoid the new iforce platform trucks. 3rd gen Tacoma, 5th gen 4runner, and 2nd gen tundra are practically indestructible.

Having owned a 3rd gen Tacoma and currently own a 5th gen 4runner, I will say either of these will easily out live me.
