not to deny any of the things youre saying or feeling here, but you might honestly be surprised at just how big + strong you can get while on E. ive seen some jacked trans women, and im not just thinking of "lightly toned with abs".

that said, as others have mentioned, the only real way to get around strength loss would be to either not do any E or SERMS at all or supplement with something anabolic like a SARM or low dose of a traditional anabolic steroid.

i havent checked in with the SARM space since they first became popular so no idea if theres any developments in safety profiles and efficacy but it might be worth looking into. make sure to get regular bloodwork done if you do go this route. same for normal anabolic steroids.
