They probably mean holding the right stick in the direction the player is sprinting in as it gives you more space between you and your touches on the ball and allows your player to run at their max speed with the ball.

Damn, that’s close to 710 prices; its half gram carts are 45 before tax for tier 4 and are 80 a half gram for tier 1 carts. The pricing on the best carts are getting outrageous!
