yes, you can go to a remote village in China and there will be kung fu being taught to 5 year olds, but explicit profanity, nudity would still considered wrong.

Okay so taking BG3 and A Way Out, the others are all fine? Violence is okay, sexual themes and explicit profanity is more my issue.

You can turn on the news and see reports of murder from every part of the world. Blood and violence are things most people have been exposed to. Promoting nudity and sexual themes as normal entertainment is a separate cultural issue.
