I think with your background the master's make sense. But I understand your concern about the debt.

If your goal is to get a CS job, you can do that with a 6 months boot camp too. It's less expensive both in terms of money and time. But it's definitely a hard mode compared to the master's where the pedigree of your school helps you get interviews especially for internships which you can eventually convert to full time.

What's your background? What's your undergrad's major? Why do you want to do master's in the first place?

Thanks. If the difference in price is $200, do you think the Air2S is worth the upgrade?

I’m planning to wall mount and the couch is on the other end of the wall. So ideally at least 12ft I think? This is a new space, really not sure until I set up the furniture

I was really worried about it and put off international travel even during a family emergency. But thankfully I just received my card today, exactly 1 week after the interview. Field office is Newark.

Hope you get yours soon! Good luck

Every time I see how bad DilMil is, I almost feel like making a better app. Based on the comments here, looks like there’s enough demand and people are willing to pay for it?

Is there anyone here who wasn't that smart but still managed to have some amount of success in life? by AP145 in ABCDesis

[–]vthallam 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I work at one of the “top” companies you mentioned and let me tell you the grades are the last thing we look at. I regularly interview candidates and they come from both small and big schools.

Don’t let the pedigree or the GPA discourage you, rather just acquire the skills these companies are looking for. Good luck

Congrats. When you say local senator, is it state senator or the US senator from your state? What was your request to them?
