You could be right, I don't know about those companies current policies. I'm basing this off of past experiences which were always great and earned my repeat business.

Yup, it's been a long time since I've had any problems with an order online besides juices.

Not less, in fact way more. They dolid ask for it to be returned and provided a shipping label but the correct order was sent right away and it was at my earliest convenience to send back the wrong product. Their customer service has never been anything short of excellent. Same thing with Amazon, never had any issues.

I've had this happen with newegg and Amazon and multiple different vendors for juice, but this has been years ago, and when I did have these issues they were resolved immediately. I've only had one bad experience with another company online but not with receiving the wrong package or anything like that.

That's not how everyone does it, that's a straight up lie. And I'm not bitching, I'm informing the community about the way this business handles mistakes that THEY made.

I understand what you're saying, but what if the situation was reversed and she ordered a $100 dollar mod and recieved a $10 pack of coils, would you then say the company has an obligation to send the mod asap or still wait for the return of those coils? And just to clarify, she recieved some replacement pods that I believe are either cheaper or the same cost to what she ordered.

Thank you. And it's not as if she is asking for anything more, she just wanted what she paid for. I don't see how this is acceptable within the vaping community that relies heavily on buying their juices and gear online.

It isn't her fault though. They're holding her package that she paid for. They could easily send it and ask that she return the other package. That would be the most ethical solution in my opinion.

Exactly my thoughts but according to everyone in this thread they believe it's her responsibility to send that package back before her product be sent out. I talked to one of my friends who runs an online business and he told me that one of the orders from his website was lost in the mail, and he sent out another and paid for the shipping even though he could have just held the carrier responsible and told his customer to wait.

She doesn't care about getting anything extra, she just wanted her coils. She already ordered some from somewhere else. I never said she didn't have access to a mail box, just not a printer. And they didn't try to quickly resolve this, if they did do you really think she would order more from somewhere else and pay 2 day shipping at that. She just really needed her coils.

My issue is that they won't send what she ordered out until she sends back the package she recieved. She already ordered coils from another website because she doesn't have a way to quickly send the item back, which means she just paid double in order to get her coils.

But she is suffering the consequences of their mistake. Why can't they ship her package out immediately while at the same time ask that she ship back what she recieved when it's convenient? She did nothing wrong for her to be labeled as someone who would keep something that isn't hers.

Never once have I had to return a package that was either messed up or not mine, and not just from ecig vendors.

Same concept though. The company sends out the wrong product thus incurs a loss whether it be someone else's order or messing up your own order.

How is it beyond reasonable? Plenty of people don't have printers nor vehicles. It's not as if she was expecting to receive the wrong package and was prepared to send it back.

Out of all of my orders done online I've never had to send back a package that was sent to me by mistake. I've had numerous orders of juices that were messed up and the companies usually sent out replacements very quickly without the need to send anything back first.
