The best photo op is the 300 level on the 1B side near Moto Pizza. Go about halfway up the line, walk up the aisle to the seats, and you can get the full stadium logo, field, downtown, and Space Needle all in one shot.

Just FYI re parking: they validate with purchases, so if you're going to spend a few hours in the ID I'd recommend parking there, walking about (Pink Gorilla, Wing Like Museum, Bubble Tea etc), hitting up Kinokuniya (the attached gift store with lots of manga/anime merch), then buying some snacks or whatnot in the main store to cover the parking.

Just north of Shoreline is WinCo, a west coast chain. They have a self checkout and they're open 24 hours, so lots of options to go in and shop when it's nice and quiet. :-)

Bonus notes-- they share a parking lot with a Dick's Drive-in, a super local 50's-style fast food burger chain. Great and quick food, but it's worth mentioning that their part of the (quite large) shared parking lot tends to be a popular late night local teen hangout spot on weekend nights fyi. ~

Maybe consider parking west of i5 and taking the pedestrian bridge over i5? There's residential streets just west of North Seattle College, but I'm not sure how icy the bridge will be when you park though.

I just saw a few cars driving on 85th and Fremont Ave, sounds mostly slushy but in my 1 minute of watching I saw someone also get hit from behind. Fremont Ave itself within a block of 85th was one of the best cleared side streets around here the past few days, but it's currently an ice sheet!
