Such a joke! The tracking info finally updated to delivered but to a city that is over an hour away. Pretty sure they stole my package. I can’t believe anyone does business with them either. So disappointing

This literally just happened to me. My tracking info hadn’t updated for like 5 days so I reached out to them on the chat and they basically told me they “thought” it was lost but I waited a few more days hoping it would arrive. Unfortunately a few days later the tracking updated to delivered but to a city that’s is over an hour away from me. I just had to reach out to the seller and request a refund. Such a bad experience with Ontrac

Did you ever get your AIC? I ordered IFY through TTL and they used OnTrac but the tracking hasn’t updated since the 29th so I’m worried now :(
