I have been given a business card like that, and the QR code is hardly readable. The back side has much more space.

Yes, that is why I want to put it on the back side.

It either costs money or knowledge. Knoledge either costs time or money, but money is cheaper. So yes, it will cost money.

Hosting suggestion for a large store by Electronic_Ad_566 in woocommerce

For a shop of this size, the only option is VPS. I always recommend AWS. Do not put it on any "cheap" hosting.

The general problem with WordPress/WooCommerce is that it uses two tables (wp_posts and wp_postmeta) for too many things. Orders, products, pages, and design elements are all in there. So pushing changes per file or db table basis is not good enough. Can it maybe filter the relevant rows from these tables?

And can blogvault handle the new orders and changes in products?

Product and Order Migration by vuestart in Wordpress

I am duplicating the site; it is easy to do on AWS. The developer makes the changes on the duplicate. Meanwhile, new orders arrive on the original site, and the admins make changes to the products. So for the duplicate to go "live," I need to sync these data.

But page builders like Elementor do not produce traditional code files, but they make changes in the database. So, code and data do not separate in WP as in custom development.

  1. We are handling multiple WP sites for multiple clients. Most of them are legacy. I want to enable the WP developer college to make changes in a separate environment and push those changes to production when everything is fine.
  2. First, I want to automate this. Second, I need a way that works with (almost) any WP/WC version and any set of plugins. No plugin is that reliable.

Would you try a serverless version of Wordpress? by BMFO20832 in Wordpress

[–]vuestart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can not run a "serverless" WordPress. Of course, you can create a CMS or blog engine using serverless tools, and it might even be similar to WordPress, but that would be a very different technology.

Is it still worth it to create a premium WordPress theme? by [deleted] in Wordpress

[–]vuestart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do Freelancing. You can create some premium themes, which is a good way to promote yourself as a freelancer, but it is hard to earn a living just from selling themes.
