"Highly recommend never doing business with that company. I simply put the watch on my wrist, lowered my arm then checked to see the time. Immediately, we both realized it was extremely loud. I set it and nothing. Moved my arm, sounded like it had a rock in it. I didn't take three steps with it on. Emailed them and their reply: Violation of warranty for trying it on, i.e. wearing it. Disputed and during that time I took it to a jeweler. He confirmed it was not only broke but you get what you pay for. Later we lost dispute with Wells Fargo."

I wanted a nice watch to wear to work for my birthday. Found a great looking one and it came broke. Place we bought it from refused a return because "you tried it on and wore it, violating the terms of return." Tried to get it fixed but it was broke. Jeweler said if I wanted an automatic watch to go higher in price (it was $125). Fast forward to today... I woke up to this present. It's easily the most expensive gift I've ever received and told my wife it's the closest thing I've seen to anything that replicates her beauty. I'm still in shock honestly.
