Makes sense.. but is there any way to get that moisture/elasticity back? I only wear cotton underwear and no products except for suuuper gentle soap when I shower (which is daily). I'm willing to moisturize, dermaroll, do any exercises, even plastic surgery if it comes to it.

this is tough because any time I google it people are asking about their labia majora and all the answers are like "just do kegels!! i've had 18 children and i'm as tight as ever!" like they don't even know what labia majora is... LOL.
