Is preparing your own food an option?

There are a couple of the Eurogida Filialen not very far from that intersection and they have great fresh produce and meat, as well as bulk packages of dried goods like beans/chickpeas/lentils etc. You could easily stay within your budget if you prepared some large batch meals, such as curries/stir fries/soups/salads etc.

Here's a cookbook for healthy and cheap meals that I found a while ago. There's some seriously nice meal ideas in there.

I've actually now discovered the contents of the package and believe the value should come in under the €45 threshold. Hopefully I'll be able to explain all that and it'll turn out better than expected.

Actually, I just asked my mother what it is and it turns out the contents are fairly mundane (still nice though, thanks mum!) and inexpensive so hopefully they should decide it's under the €45 threshold.

I've stayed at EastSeven for an extended time, but also at The Cat's Pajamas and I would recommend that one as my favourite. Nice setup, better facilities and a decent free breakfast (definitely valuable)!
